WORK / RESULTS

Samples, not promises

Three vertical clips we genuinely cut ourselves. Case studies from ad accounts go up here with the numbers and the client’s consent.

A clip shows the craft. A case study is a different thing: it carries a client’s name, the brief, the dates and a number from the platform. The nine fields every one of them has to fill in are further down this page.

Content and social

Three pieces of the handwriting: a Reel for a company, a cut-down from a podcast and a short of our own. No sound, in the original 9:16.

CASE STUDIES / CONTENT

In preparation

The clips above show the craft, not the result. A case study needs a client’s name, the brief, the dates and a number from their account — and the client has to sign off on all of it. The moment the first one exists it will be here, with all nine fields filled in.

Performance campaigns

Performance case studies go up here with the numbers from the account and the client’s consent.

What they will contain

Concrete numbers from the ad account: what was spent, what an enquiry cost and over what period. Always from one account, with its source and the client’s consent — no other kind of number belongs here.

How you will know them

When the first study does appear, the number in it will be in the units of the platform it came from — the way Ads Manager reports it, not converted into a percentage with no baseline. Beside the number it will say where it came from and over what period. And it will carry the name of the client who agreed to publish it.

What performance campaigns involve, and what we will need from you for them, is set out on the Performance page.

In preparation

Each one here will carry nine fields: the client, the objective, the dates, the budget, what was delivered, the result in the platform’s own units, a unit cost, the creative itself and a client quote. Nothing gets in without the full set.

Before the first one goes up, we will walk through your campaign specifically on a call: what would be tested in it, what it would be measured on, and how you would know it is working.

Nine fields in every study

A case study only goes out when all nine are filled in. One missing and it does not go out — only the complete set gets in here.

  1. /01 Client The name of the company or the person who signed the release. Not “a client in hospitality”.
  2. /02 Brief What we were asked to solve. In one sentence, and in the words the client used.
  3. /03 Dates When the work started and when it ended. Named months, not “recently”.
  4. /04 What we were given What came in: footage, account access, brand guidelines, budget. So it is clear what we started from.
  5. /05 What we delivered How many pieces, in what formats, and what went with them. A delivery you can count, not “a content package”.
  6. /06 The number One metric, in the units of the platform it came from, with its source and its period beside it. No percentage without a baseline.
  7. /07 The creative The clips or the visuals themselves, there to watch. So the craft can be judged, not just a chart.
  8. /08 Client’s verdict A quote with a name and a job title, approved by the person who said it. Anonymous praise does not count.
  9. /09 Live link A link to the post as it is published in public. So anyone can check that it exists.
