CONTENT AND PERFORMANCE

Two branches, one team. The content branch makes the content and keeps your profiles alive. The performance branch puts that content into ads and looks after the ad account. Take one branch, or take both.

Prices for the content packages are on the pricing page. Performance Growth is not priced off a table: how much work an ad account needs differs from account to account, so we agree it on a call.

CONTENT & SOCIAL

Every service says what it is, what you get for it and what we need from you. That third one is usually what the whole thing stands or falls on.

Social media management

Your profiles run end to end: publishing, community, comments and trends. You run the business, we keep the feeds alive.

What you get

  • A publishing plan a month ahead, signed off before anything goes out
  • Posts published at the times your people are actually online
  • Replies to comments and messages in the tone we agree on
  • Trends watched, and a shortlist of the ones that suit you
  • A monthly summary: what earned its place and what to cut

What we need from you

  • Access to the profiles, or an invitation to Business Suite
  • One person who is allowed to approve a post
  • Events, news and dates before they happen, not after
  • The boundaries: what must never be said, and who answers complaints

Video editing

Reels, TikToks and Shorts, from script to publishing. Opening, captions, pacing — all of it built for retention.

What you get

  • A vertical 9:16 clip, ready to publish
  • Attention won in the first few seconds, not halfway through
  • Captions, cuts on the beat, sound and the basic effects
  • Two rounds of revisions included with every video
  • Source files and rights, even if you end the work with us

What we need from you

  • Raw footage. We don't film for you, we edit what you send
  • Audio you can make out. A phone is enough, wind is not
  • Footage in batches, not one video at a time
  • Feedback in one round, not a sentence at a time

With every batch we send notes on what to shoot next time and how, so that it adds up to a month of content.

Graphics

Thumbnails, caption styles and brand visuals for video and social alike. One look across everything you put out.

What you get

  • Thumbnails made for the video, not a frame pulled out of it
  • A caption style — font, colors, position — identical on every clip
  • Templates for static posts and stories
  • Exports in formats you can open without us

What we need from you

  • Your logo as a vector file, if you have one
  • Your brand colors and typeface, or the go-ahead for us to propose them
  • Product photos at full resolution
  • Word on whether a brand manual applies to you

Content strategy

Ideas, scripts and openings. A content plan that fits inside your marketing rather than sitting next to it.

What you get

  • A list of topics and openings a month ahead
  • Scripts for the clips, not bare briefs
  • A split of formats: what is there to sell and what is there to build the brand
  • A shooting plan: who shoots what, and when

What we need from you

  • An hour at the start, with someone who really knows the field
  • Who your customer is and what holds them back from buying
  • Access to your profile analytics, so the plan stands on your own data
  • What you have already tried, and why you stopped

Content prices are on the pricing page

Five packages, each one listing what is in it. One button asks for a quote straight from the pricing page, and the package you picked is carried into the form with you.

TO PRICING

PERFORMANCE GROWTH

Six phases of one ad account. They run in order, each one depends on the one before it, and after scaling the cycle comes back around.

How the performance branch starts here

With a bounded pilot at a fixed price, not a monthly retainer. You know up front what gets delivered, what it costs and when it ends. The ad account, the pixel, the data and the creatives are yours from the start. Below is the work the pilot covers and the terms we do it on.

The content branch does not wait on a pilot: editing, graphics and social media management run on their own, and we send samples by email.

  1. 01

    Meta Ads

The foundation the rest stands on. We open or straighten out the ad account and Business Manager, install the pixel and the conversion events, verify the domain and, for an e-shop, connect the catalog. Until this holds, the rest has nothing to measure and every later decision is guesswork.

From you: access to Business Manager and to the website, or a contact for whoever looks after the website.

  2. 02

    Creative Strategy

Before the first ad exists, it has to be clear what it should say. We write down who we are talking to, what their objections are and which angles answer them. The output is a list of concepts, not one idea: a single concept has nothing to be compared against.

From you: your prices, your margins and the objections you hear in sales. Without the margin there is no saying what the advertising can afford.

  3. 03

    Performance Creative

An ad is cut differently from organic content: a different opening, a different length, a different ending, and at the end there has to be a reason to click. Every concept gets several variants, so that what is being compared is one idea against another rather than one accident against another. This is where the two branches meet: the cuts come from the same footage as the content.

From you: footage, product photos and sign-off on any claim that will appear in an ad.

  4. 04

    Testing

The concepts run against each other, not all at once. We agree in advance what is being tested, what ends the test and what will count as a concept having failed. Both the budget and the length of the test come out of your field and what a customer is worth to you, so we set them over your numbers rather than in advance on a website.

From you: patience for the length of the test, and a willingness to let us switch off a creative you happen to like.

  5. 05

    Optimization

Reading the results and clearing out. What isn't carrying its weight goes off; what is gets more room and more variants. At the same time we tune what sits behind the ad, which is where the real bottleneck often turns out to be: the page people land on, the form on it, and how quickly you answer a lead.

From you: feedback from sales. Without it we can see the lead, but not whether it turned into a job.

  6. 06

    Scaling

Raising a budget has its own pace, and a jump can break what had been holding up until then. Scaling happens in steps, and new creative has to come with it, because the same ad shown to the same audience wears out. From here the cycle leads back to phase 02.

From you: the capacity to cope with it. More leads than you can serve is an expensive way to earn a bad name.

The terms are on the Performance page

This page describes the work. The Performance page describes the arrangement: how it starts, what is agreed up front and on what terms we take an account over.
